Prospero Teaching is partnering with a highly regarded independent Islamic school in South-Western Sydney to recruit an experienced and passionate Senior Legal Studies Teacher for a full-time permanent position commencing in Term 3, 2026.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a teacher with expertise in Stage 6 Legal Studies to join a school known for its strong academic outcomes, supportive leadership team, and commitment to student success.
Recent senior cohorts have achieved exceptional HSC results, including strong Band 5 and Band 6 performances, reflecting the school's focus on academic excellence and high expectations.
Teach Legal Studies across Years 11 and 12
Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons aligned with the NSW Curriculum
Prepare students for success in HSC Legal Studies
Foster critical thinking, legal reasoning, and analytical skills
Build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families
Contribute to faculty initiatives and broader school programs
Participate in professional learning and school events
Recognised teaching qualification
Current NESA accreditation
Experience teaching Stage 6 Legal Studies
Strong understanding of HSC curriculum and assessment requirements
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
