The opportunity
Join a collaborative and student-centred Learning Support team where you will:
- Support students with diverse learning needs across primary and secondary year levels
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and appropriate classroom adjustments
- Work closely with classroom teachers to ensure inclusive teaching practices are embedded across the curriculum
- Deliver targeted intervention programs to support academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development
- Liaise with parents, carers, external specialists, and key stakeholders to support positive student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to student support and case management meetings
- Promote a culture of inclusion, belonging, and high expectations for all learners
- Contribute to whole-school wellbeing and inclusive education initiatives
About you
You are a passionate educator who:
- Holds recognised teaching qualifications
- Is NESA accredited (or eligible for accreditation)
- Has experience working with students with diverse learning needs, disabilities, or additional learning needs
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of inclusive education, differentiation, and learning support strategies
- Has experience developing and implementing student support plans and reasonable adjustments
- Builds positive and collaborative relationships with students, families, and colleagues
- Is committed to supporting every student to achieve their potential
- Thrives in a team-oriented and values-driven environment
