Full-time Leadership Opportunity
A well-regarded Catholic co-educational Secondary school in Melbourne’s South East is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sports Academy Leader (POL 2) to join their leadership team commencing Term 3, 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator and sports leader to contribute to the continued growth and development of the school’s Sports Academy program while supporting student engagement, wellbeing and high-performance pathways.
The successful applicant will demonstrate strong leadership capability, excellent organisational skills and a commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive and high-achieving sporting culture within the College community.
The role will involve leadership of the Sports Academy program, coordination of sporting initiatives and events, mentoring students and staff, and contributing to the broader life of the school community.

The successful candidate will:
• Hold current VIT Registration or eligibility to obtain

• Support and uphold the values and ethos of Catholic education
