The Ideal Teacher Will:
Be a qualified and registered teacher (or eligible for QCT registration).
Demonstrate strong knowledge of inclusive education practices and disability support.
Collaboratively develop and implement personalised learning adjustments.
Support the creation and monitoring of Personalised Support Plans (PSPs).
Understand NCCD processes, evidence requirements, and timelines.
Implement adaptive, equitable teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
Work closely with teachers, leadership, families, and external stakeholders.
Build positive relationships and contribute to the pastoral care of students.
Support the school’s Catholic ethos and community values.
