Why Broadmeadows?

Broadmeadows sits within Melbourne's rapidly expanding northern growth corridor, one of Victoria's fastest-growing regions. Population growth, significant infrastructure investment, and increasing school enrolments continue to drive demand for educators and support staff across the area. Education and training is projected to be one of the region's fastest-growing employment sectors over the coming years, creating excellent long-term career opportunities for those entering the profession.

The area is also benefiting from substantial investment in education infrastructure, including new learning facilities and STEM-focused initiatives designed to support thousands of students across Melbourne's north.

For aspiring teachers, this means gaining experience in a region where schools are continuing to grow, creating future pathways into classroom teaching, specialist support roles, wellbeing positions, and leadership opportunities.
