Salary: $80,000 – $118,000 + superannuation (based on experience and qualifications)

The Woodwork Teacher Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Woodwork teacher to join our dedicated team starting Term 3, 2026. In this role, you will:
- Teach Woodwork to Years 7–12, delivering both practical and theoretical components.
- Lead engaging lessons on woodworking techniques, materials, tools, and design principles.
- Foster creativity, technical skill development, and critical thinking in students.
- Support project-based learning through hands-on construction, assessments, and class activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, cross-curricular projects, and school events.
- Create a supportive, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment that encourages student growth and self-expression.
Key Woodwork Teacher Requirements
- VIT registration or eligibility to teach in Victoria.
- Relevant teaching qualification in Woodwork, Design and Technology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking theory, tools, materials, and classroom management.
- Excellent communication, organisational skills, and a passion for teaching.
- Ability to inspire and support students in their creative and technical development.
